Role: SAP SD OTC
Location: Onsite in Watsonville, CA (travel expenses paid)
Rate - Keep it low
Duration - 3+ months
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and support SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
· Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications
· Configure and support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including:
o Sales Order Processing
o Pricing & Billing
o Shipping & Delivery
o Credit Management
· Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM) for integrations
· Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
· Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW objects
· Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT support
· Support S/4HANA implementations or migrations
· Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training sessions
