Candidates should demonstrate hands-on, production experience in all of the following:

• Amazon Connect (core):Deep hands-on expertise architecting and delivering production Amazon Connect instances — contact flows, routing profiles, queues, hours of operation, and agent configuration at enterprise scale.
• Amazon Connect Cases:Proven implementation of Connect Cases for end-to-end case management across service requests (case templates, fields, related contacts, and workflow).
• Amazon Connect Tasks:Hands-on configuration of Tasks for work routing, task templates, automation, and cross-channel task creation.
• CCP (Contact Control Panel):Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting the native CCP for agents and supervisors.
• Custom CCP:Demonstrated ability to build a Custom CCP using the Amazon Connect Streams API — embedding into CRM consoles (e.g., Salesforce), screen pops, click-to-dial, and custom agent experiences
