Business Analyst
Arden Hills, MN (Remote Role)
Long Term
· Business analyst (BA) with 8-10 years of experience in application requirements analysis and elicitation from business users, customers and vendor partners
· Ability to challenge the status quo and come up with new and improved ways to perform.
· Able to analyze application tables and design new/ extend tables, perform mapping of front screens with upstream and downstream applications
· Writing specifications (User Story , Use cases, Functional Design specification, process flows, Table Design, Mapping Documents) for applications, Integration (JSON, XML) preferably with Order Management application.
· Experience in Order Management module/ application will be a strength, such as JDE, Yantra or custom Order Management application.
· Ability to break Epics/ Features to manageable user stories
· Experienced in partnering with UX designer to translate business requirements to best in class user experience screens.
· Proven work experience of partnering with other BAs from downstream application like Order Management.
· Hands on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
· Experience in creating user acceptance criteria, Functional, integration and end to end testing and supporting User acceptance testing.
· Conducting Demo to stake holders.
· Hands on experience in working with development and QA teams (Onsite-Offshore model) to meet the milestones.
· Skilled in providing estimates/ story points based on user stories.
· Experience in Agile practice.
· Must be a team player, excellent communication and go getter.
