Role: AEM Business Analyst

Location: Remote

 

Job Description:

• The Business Analyst will be responsible for Development design and architecture and maintenance of mid to large size AEM implementations in Digital Marketing domain
• Should have very good working experience on Adobe cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/CQ) and other Adobe Digital Marketing and Commerce solutions
• The primary role of the Business Analyst is to translate business requirements into functional specifications, maintain relationships with the business, and drive standard business processes
• Proficient understanding of all AEM OOTB components and features like DAM, workflows, personalization, sites, how to overlay components for customizations, integrations with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Commerce solutions like Hybris Commerce
• Proficient understanding and working experience of creating and maintaining functional specifications for new AEM templates, AEM components including authoring widgets, custom widgets and workflow customization/creation
• Proficient understanding of Adobe cloud adoption plans, cloud application design
• Some exposure working with Content management teams, Digital Strategists 
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility needs
• Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current processes and systems, use the Specification to create requirements for new processes, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes
• Work with business, IT teams, and other stake holders in development of the functional specifications and process flowsMaintain the  functional specifications and process flows

Required qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements, and creating and maintaining functional specifications
• Working experience with Agile methodology and Scrum practices
• Working experience in writing user stories using the Specification
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with strong presentation skills
• Working experience project management tools like JIRA, Rally and Confluence
• Exposure to Mobile and other Web experience tools is a plus.
