Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong expertise in Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) for a direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will lead business process discovery, solution design, and implementation workshops while driving the successful adoption of Employee Center Pro and other ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and gather business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend ServiceNow best practices.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Employee Center Pro (EC Pro).
• Define user journeys, service delivery models, and portal experiences.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Support UAT, training, change management, and production rollout.
• Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC).
• Hands-on functional expertise with Employee Center Pro (EC Pro).
• Experience working across additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, or ITAM.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
