Location- Remote

Job Description :

Level / experience: 5–7 years hands-on ServiceNow implementation, with Now Assist or agentic AI delivery exposure.

Certifications:

• CSA — required
• 2 x CIS — required
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications — required
• Now Assist installed and configured on the candidate's own employee instance — required prerequisite

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver AISP advisory sessions across a portfolio of 8–10 concurrent customers.
• Perform hands-on agent activation on RAD sprints alongside the technical lead.
• Drive assist consumption within engagements toward the adoption-incentive gate.
• Produce technical and usage documentation at RAD handoff.
• Move through the third-engagement efficiency curve toward steady-state delivery (<41 hours per AISP).

Key skills:

• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and Now Assist implementation capability.
• Self-directed delivery across multiple concurrent customers.
• Comfortable switching between advisory-only (AISP) and hands-on (RAD) modes without blurring scope.
• Customer-facing confidence and clear communication.
