JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data & Product Analyst with strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience across data management, product analytics, ETL processes, and data governance. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers, business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and QA teams to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
MUST HAVE MDM EXPERIENCE!!
What We’re Looking For:
- +8 Years of experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL, or Snowflake.
- +8 Years of experience working with Master Data Management (MDM), ETL/ELT workflows, and enterprise data governance practices.
- Strong Mortgage Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of mortgage business processes and operational data.
- Analytics & Reporting: Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reports to support business and product decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience collaborating across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams in agile environments.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Snowflake and modern cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with Informatica, Talend, or similar ETL tools.
- Understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
