Role Summary
•       We are seeking a Senior BI Developer – Power BI (Finance) with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Data Engineering to design and deliver advanced analytics solutions. This role involves building scalable dashboards, developing robust data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that support enterprise financial and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
•       BI Development & Reporting
•       Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
•       Build visually compelling reports aligned with finance and business reporting needs
•       Optimize report performance and user experience
•       Data Modeling & Analytics
•       Develop advanced data models using star/snowflake schemas
•       Implement DAX calculations, KPIs, and measures
•       Ensure high performance through query and model optimization
•       Data Engineering & Integration
•       Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks
•       Perform data transformation, integration, and validation
•       Manage data ingestion from multiple structured and unstructured sources
•       Advanced BI & Architecture
•       Develop and manage SSAS Tabular models
•       Implement data security, governance, and access controls
•       Optimize query performance and storage strategies
•       Integrate dashboards into enterprise applications
•       Collaboration & Support
•       Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance teams) to gather requirements
•       Document technical specifications and BI solutions
•       Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and SLA adherence

Required Qualifications
•       Experience
•       10+ years of experience in BI development and data engineering
•       Extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
•       Experience in finance reporting or financial analytics
•       Core Skills
•       Advanced expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, sharing strategies)
•       Strong experience in Tableau dashboard design and optimization
•       Hands-on experience with Azure BI stack, including:
o       Azure Data Factory (ADF)
o       Azure Databricks
o       Azure Analysis Services (SSAS)
o       Azure Data Lake (ADLS)
o       Azure Stream Analytics
•       Strong understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and schema design
