· Technical Product Strategy: Define the product vision, multi-year roadmaps, and technical specifications for healthcare platforms.
· Workflow Translation: Consolidate fragmented clinical and operational workflows (e.g., patient outreach, care coordination) into reusable, scalable technical services.
· Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary bridge between highly technical teams (engineers, data scientists) and non-technical stakeholders (clinicians, business leaders, compliance officers).
· Compliance & Security: Ensure all technical designs and architectural decisions adhere strictly to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GxP, HL7 interoperability standards
· System Interoperability: Guide the integration of core platforms with EHRs, CRM, and other internal healthcare ecosystems.
· KPI & Quality Tracking: Monitor system performance, data quality KPIs, and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and mitigating risks.
· Experience: Typically 6+ years in product management or technical architecture ownership, with 3+ of those years in the healthcare or health tech domain.
· Domain Knowledge: Working familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims data, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and modern integration patterns like APIs
· Technical Fluency: Ability to read/write SQL, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and practical experience in Agile environments utilizing tools
