EXP: 13+ Years

Required Skills:

Previous experience working with TDA systems must with Minimum 4-7 years.

Must Have Skills:
✔ Previous experience working with TDA systems (4–7 years preferred)
✔ Strong Business Analysis & Quality Assurance experience
✔ Agile methodologies & user story creation
✔ Experience with Azure DevOps / Jira

Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Gather, analyze, and document business/user requirements
🔹 Translate requirements into user stories
🔹 Perform QA validation and review acceptance criteria
🔹 Conduct manual testing and troubleshoot system issues
🔹 Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions
🔹 Identify business process improvement opportunities
🔹 Review project deliverables including test plans and risk assessments

Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience with Texas state licensing systems
✔ Knowledge of license lifecycle management
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
