Interview Mode :  : Team Meetings ( In-person interview may be required based on client needs, Mostly No need )

• Active Texas DL & LinkedIn Id Must for submission
• Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Total EXP: 14+ Years   

Must Have:

• Experience with State Educational Clients (Mandatory)
• Strong AI / Automation experience
• Experience in K-12 instructional materials / procurement
• Relevant Certifications required

Job Description:

This role involves senior-level business analysis work, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams. The candidate will participate throughout the SDLC, manage requirements, and ensure successful delivery and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement elicitation (JAD sessions, interviews, workflow analysis)
• Documentation (BRDs, user stories, use cases, wireframes)
• Work with tools like Jira & Modern Requirements
• Manage UAT, requirement traceability, and change control
• Support AI & Automation use cases and governance

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in Business Analysis & SDLC
• 8+ years in process improvement & requirement gathering
• 5+ years strong communication & stakeholder management
• Basic experience with AI concepts

---

Preferred Skills:

• Atlassian Jira
• Modern Requirements
• TEA / State Education Agency experience
• Power Automate
• K-12 procurement experience
