Total EXP: 13+ Years  must

Required Skills:

  • Public-sector / education agency experience
  • Training curriculum design & development
  • Web-based & instructor-led training (videos, job aids, materials)
  • LMS / e-learning content development
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for all audiences
  • Training on policy, privacy, security & governance
  • Microsoft tools / cloud training experience
  • AI / Automation / Digital adoption training experience

Role Overview:

  • Design and deliver AI & Automation training programs
  • Develop online learning modules & instructor materials
  • Create content on AI usage, governance, and Microsoft tools (Copilot, Power BI, etc.)
  • Build reusable training assets & sustainment documentation
  • Ensure alignment with policy, privacy, and security standards

Experience Required:

  • 5+ yrs in training curriculum design & delivery
  • 5+ yrs in technical/system training
  • 3+ yrs in LMS / e-learning platforms
  • Experience simplifying technical content for all audiences
  • Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem training

Preferred:

  • AI literacy / automation training
  • Microsoft tools (Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Role-based training & sustainment models
  • Public-sector / education domain
