Job Description:
We are seeking an Atlassian Guard Administrator to support security, access, and governance configurations within the Atlassian ecosystem. The role involves working closely with ITSM and DevOps leadership to align configurations with security standards and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and configure Atlassian Guard for security and compliance
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions
• Identify and remediate security gaps and misconfigurations
• Support ITSM governance and access workflows
• Perform role cleanup and entitlement corrections
• Provide documentation and status updates
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to meet project timelines

Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Atlassian Admin)
• 6+ years of Atlassian Guard administration
• Strong experience in access management, roles, and identity integrations
• Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Experience supporting ITSM workflows
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
