Location: Remote ( Need to work in CST Time Zone )

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - is a must

ServiceNow Certified CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITSM Professional Suite – is a must

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – is a must

 

 

Job Description

 

The ServiceNow Developer with strong implementation skills and deep-dive knowledge of ServiceNow's IT Service Management Suite, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and Service Request Management Solutions. The ServiceNow ITSM Consultant role will work closely with our external clients to achieve business outcomes.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client facing - determine their technical and business requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
  • Design, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Managements and Web services using REST/SOAP
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM Suite.

 

Primary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Overall 8+ years of experience in to IT industry, at least 5+ years into ServiceNow ITSM development & Implementation.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Experience is a must, and should have worked on 2 – 5 ITSM implementation projects
  • Client facing - determine their technical and business requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
  • Design, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Managements and Web services using REST/SOAP
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM Suite.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment
  • Experience in Service-now custom app development.
  • Experience in ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub Spokes
  • Experience in implementing custom integrations using REST/SAOP web services
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow Integration HUB and Flow designer
  • Good Hands-on ServiceNow Data Imports
  • Experience in Implementing workspaces
  • Experience in Service Portal Customization
  • Experience with User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Glide Application Program Interface (API) stack, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAM
  • Experience in create and use update sets to move customizations between systems
  • Experience in developing / customizing core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service Request Managements
  • Experience in implementing AD and SSO Integrations
  • Deep understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools; ability to work together with Project Manager and Solution Architect
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.                               
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.

 

Certifications

 

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - is a must

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – is a must
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM/SPM/HAM/SAM/GRC- Good to have
