Role: Senior Software Engineer
Work Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)
8+ years’ Experience Mandatory.
Duration: Long Term
Mandatory Qualifications
a. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
b. Minimum of five (5) years working as a programmer/analyst in a .NET environment.
c. Minimum of five (5) years planning, developing, and maintaining complex data systems.
d. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience developing in a full Microsoft stack and MS Azure cloud-based architecture leveraging microservices.
e. Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Desirable Qualifications
Key Staff has experience, expertise, and/or certification in the following areas within the last ten (10) years:
1. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working as part of an Agile team.
Role: User Experience Interaction Designer
Work Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)
8+ years’ Experience Mandatory.
Duration: Long Term
Mandatory Qualifications
a. Minimum of five (5) years working as a programmer/analyst in a .NET environment.
b. Minimum of five (5) years planning and developing universal designs.
c. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in doing digital design, user research, qualitative analysis & synthesis, interaction design.
d. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience developing web application UX/UI to meet compliance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at a minimum.
e. Possession of a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Desirable Qualifications
Key Staff has experience, expertise, and/or certification in the following areas within the last ten (10) years:
1. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working as part of an Agile team.
Role: Business Solutions Analyst
Work Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)
8+ years’ Experience Mandatory.
Duration: Long Term
Mandatory Qualifications
a. A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
b. A minimum of three (3) years of gathering requirements and defining use cases for IT projects utilizing Agile methodology.
c. A minimum of (2) years acting as a product owner or analyst constructing, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlogs.
d. Possession of a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Desirable Qualifications
Key Staff has experience, expertise, and/or certification in the following areas within the last ten (10) years:
1. A valid Scrum Certified Product Owner Certification from Scrum.org or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance. This certification must be current and valid at the time of Offer submission due date.
2. A valid business analyst’s certification, through an accredited entity such as the International Institute of Business Analysis or the Project Management Institute. This certification must be current and valid at the time of Offer submission due date.
3. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working as part of an Agile team.
Resources must provide references with phone number & email id for the companies worked for last 10 years.
