Thanks for the info. I have a few final questions.

1. Am I able to monitor/accept classmates who create a username?
2. Am I also able to request funds be sent via check if the patron
doesn't have a credit card?
3. Am I able to create registration forms, questionaires and surveys?

1. At this point you cannot do this, but i am working on this feature
and it will be available soon. I will keep this thread updated when
progress is made..
2. Yes, you can specify an address for money orders or checks to be
sent to, you can also chose to accept cash, in most cases a greater
amount "at the door". I think you will find the event scheduler to be
very accommodating and easy to use.
3. Another feature that is in the works is custom surveys. I will also
keep this thread updated with progress on this feature. Registration
forms are going to be kept as a standard though. My goal is to keep
the site simple yet powerful, useful and 100% free. Please let me know
if you have any other questions.
