Only I can connect to my FTP server

Ok here is my problem. I have Serv-U running ftp domain with ip
70.255.X.X(ISP) allowing passive mode data transfers with same ip. I
have my router ports forward 20,21,and 2000-2005(for PASV) to my
computers ip 192.168.X.X.. I can log into my ftp through my computer
but when i try to connect from another computer in the lan or wan it
does not even see the get a response from server like its not there.

Really need a bunch more information about the set up of your network to be
able to help with this, although it sounds like the problem is associated
with routing. Have you tried accessing the ftp server from a machine on the
same port of the router?

I got it to work by adding my computers ip to the dmz
