(two weeks and my domain is not still active..)

Certainly doesn't sound good to me, most hosting companies will have
your site up for you within 48hours. With cleared funds I would have
your site up within that time. Reading their front page it looks like
they have recently had some server provider issues, maybe that's still
being sorted out.
