Further to the meeting held last night, I would like to request you to email your concerns (to the emails listed in the letter to you from the Students Affairs office).

We shall reply to each person separately.

Those of you who CAN possibly visit the hostel to vacate your things , while taking care of your health and safety, are sincerely encouraged to do so.
