CS Moscow/St Petersburg Excursion to Novgorod, 31 May-1 Jun 2008

As part of our continuing out-of-town gatherings outside the main cities of Moscow and St Petersburg, we will be holding a joint excursion for members of the two cities to Veliki Novgorod on 31 May and 1 June 2008. The objective would be to allow our members to get to know each other as well as to energize the local HC/CS community to allow them to recruit more members through our common activities.

Up until now, CS and the more extensive Russia network of Hospitality Club have organized (in conjunction with local CS/HC chapters) three kick-offs/invasions in the following cities every quarter:

-- Yaroslavl, 25-26 August 2007
-- Nizhny Novgorod, 24-25 November 2007
-- Voronezh, 23-25 February 2008

1.0 CS Moscow members will depart from Leningradsky Station on Fri, 30 May 2008 arriving on Sat, 31 May 2008
2.0 While we welcome everyone who wishes to join, the ideal number would be around 15ppl per city, or 30 in all, plus 10 local members
3.0 We also expect non-members to join with their member friends
4.0 All expenses will be borne by the participants
5.0 Itinerary
Spend the whole day in V Novgorod, spend evening there & continue tour next day until midday departure for Moscow and St Petersburg

For now, let us schedule the purchase of the tickets this weekend. Then we'll figure out the pairing of hosts and guests later this week.
