Good morning quality group :)
I am looking to change up how patient safety and performance improvement items are reported at meeting at our hospital.
Goal - improve present reporting at our committees
Any examples of a safety excel report for hospital that incorporates NPSG, restraints, risk issues, quality measure, audits etc. would be greatly appreciated.
