My only metric to meet organ dysfunction is one BP less than 90. All others remain above 90... please comment. Thanks

Initial hypotension (one value) counts towards organ dysfunction for severe sepsis and requires 30ml/kg (assuming SIRS criteria met.). Persistent hypotension in the hour following 30ml/kg (2 consecutive values) counts for septic shock and requires pressors and reevaluation.
