New specifications July 16 where antibiotic selection based on causative organism and susceptibility is known........ case in question is a patient with clinical signs of SIRS and possible infection, hypotension. Travel history was positive and patient screened for malaria. Treatment appropriate (not on the recommended list). I would interpret this as a causative agent and select Yes to correct abx. Am I interpreting this accurately? Thanks
