Welcome to the Hospital Quality Share group! This group is intended to provide a forum to discuss and exchange information, resources, and tools to support quality measurement and improvement activities related to the hospital inpatient and outpatient "core" measures (as many of you did on the national SCIP list serve). Anyone may participate in this group as a member. This group is not designed to replace the official abstraction guideline resources provided by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services or The Joint Commission – this group is for sharing of tools and discussion of best practices between the front-line professionals in hospitals responsible for measuring and improving quality.
