To those of you who have little kids, do you have any top tips on local nurseries? I put our little one's name down at Ann Taylor when she was born but they have a 2.5 year waiting list apparently! She's also on the list at Fount which I'm more hopeful about but just wondering if there's anywhere else I should try.

Or does anyone have any recommendations for a child minder nearby? I'm thinking it might be worth looking into options in case we can't get a nursery place straight away.

Any tips much appreciated!

Try Sebright on queensbridge road. Also ‘independent place’ charge a deposit for waiting list so it’s quite short. But it’s expensive. It could do while you wait for another
