... which led me to wonder if anyone in the area happens to have a pressure jet washer I could borrow for a couple of hours sometime soon?

I have some paving I just can't face scrubbing again.

Very happy to reciprocate with any garden tool-lending; we've got some extra-long pruning loppers, ladders etc if that could be useful.
