Attached is a brief engineering geology report on the 2012 Loomis Basin Equine Medical Center in Penryn.    The site address is:  2973 Penryn Road, Penryn, California  95663

The emphasis is on the bedrock excavation by heavy equipment to create the building pad and parking lot.    This is an in-progress report dated June 2012.  The grand opening was held one year later, June 30, 2013.

This equine hospital is used by the thousands of equestrians in Southern Placer County.  It is especially used in the 100-mile Tevis Cup, held each summer under the auspices of the American Endurance Ride Conference.
