Stuck on Ranch - can't leave?

Don't know if anyone still uses this, but I just started playing again and bought a ranch, but I'm stuck at the welcome sign. My legs move when I walk, but I don't go anywhere and I can't click on the welcome sign to leave the ranch. I've tried everything, including logging in and out. Anyone else have this happen before?

Found the solution for anyone who has the same problem (apparently it's a glitch for those who use the flash player Ruffle on a Mac.)
Enter the command !stuck into the chat and the game will move you a little in a random direction. It will only allow you to do this about six times. When it says you can't do it anymore, log out and back in again and continue to use the same command until it moves your character up enough for you to be able to click the welcome sign and sail to another port. It could take a few times to get it right.
Unfortunately, you can't do anything else on your ranch, like build, when this glitch happens, so it's not worth buying a subscription if you are using a Mac.
