to Horse Isle 2 Help

Upon traveling to Twin Rivers Isle, I was ambushed by KnotHoleSquinter who said his tree is being chopped down. I've tried finding this tree and this quest forever, but I can't seem to find anything related or helpful. If anyone knows anything, send your help my way either in HI2 (Visenya there as well), or here :)
