Hi everyone! I was wondering if I could get some help on a quest I'm working on, located on Angled Forest Isle (HI2).

I have been given an envelope from MissPlanetary ( she's in the Angled Forest Library) regarding a birthday party she wants to plan, and I have to find somebody who can make Shetland pony toys. Who/where do I go to complete this quest??
