I have seriously tried E V E R Y T H I N G

Yet still I can't find this flippin thinking cap?

I have tried using a magnifying glass on bridges

I have used my binoculars on practically every tree

Still no signs of this thinking cap? I've been at this for days!

Honestly helpful; Screenshots. A screenshotted path to the solution, because most posts don't have this and it's probably why I haven't found it yet.
