How do i get 3 baked potaoes?

I looked every where for these and i cant find them so please help me

They're a craft item, the recipe being "baked potato" . 

The recipe is in the Chandlers home, which is in windypines. The ingredients are: 1 potato 1 butter pat 1 cheddar cheese 1 salt pinch

(you might find some of these on peoples shops)
