DICOM Network Failure (query) Association Request Failed : 0000:0001 Illegal parameter

Hello everyone

Since yesterday evening, i can't anymore query and download dicom images from my network PACS, although it worked one hour before

I obtain now this message 

DICOM Network Failure (query)
Association Request Failed : 0000:0001 Illegal parameter

Can someone help me to understand what the problem is?

I would do what it suggests.  Check your network and make sure there is connectivity.  That would probably be step one.  You could just try pinging the IP from one end to the other or use DIMSE echo.

DCMTK is open source and has a package of development and testing tools:  e.g.  https://support.dcmtk.org/docs/echoscu.html

https://www.dvtk.org is another one that is Windows based.
