Unable to run Horos on MacOS Tahoe

On my Mac Pro 2019 (macOS Tahoe, Version 26.1) with an Intel Xeon processor, I am still unable to run the latest version of Horos (currently version 4.0.0 RC5). After installing and launching it, I keep getting the message "This application requires macOS 10.11 or higher. Please upgrade your operating system." Is there any official statement from the developers on this issue? Is anyone working on a solution? Or should I just accept that I will never be able to run Horos on my machine? :)

If you need a working solution on macOS 26.1, I actually received a Black Friday discount of 50% for OsiriX MD, which is fully compatible with macOS 26.1. That might be a good alternative for users in the same situation, since it runs correctly on the latest macOS versions and is actively maintained:

Sadly, this latest version, compatible with macOS 26, is available only for Apple Processors, not for Intel…
OsiriX MD is compatible with Intel and Apple processors, AND compatible with macOS 26.1.
We use several licenses here on Intel MacPro without any issues, running under macOS 26.1.

It says next to it that it's for the intel chips.
