As a public institution, we are subject to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which requires all software be accessible to individuals with disabilities. In addition, the U.S. Department of Justice’s Final Rule on Digital Accessibility clarifies that public entities must ensure digital content—including documents and presentations—conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
