Select only a determinate range of HU as a ROI

Hi all,

I'm a veterinary Horos user, anyone know how to select an attenuation range of HU in a slice within a ROI like in the image attached from the peper cited below?

In the 2D Viewer, you can attempt to do this using the ROI->Grow Region (2D/3D Segmentation) menu item to bring up the segmentation dialog but it requires a lot of manual clicking in areas to include.

The ROI tool in the IB Delta Suire plugin from Imaging Biometrics (https://www.imagingbiometrics.com) allows you to do this much more easily by just setting the range and it will create the ROI for you: Disclaimer: I helped develop this plugin for just such a scenario. I attached some screenshots showing a fat and bone window.
