Is there a way to export the convert SUV image set to data format that can be uploaded in matlab? If the converted images are saved to Dicom they essentially go blank because of the low values.

I don't believe there is an easy way to do this via Horos without coding your own plugin to handle outputting a DICOM image or some other format like NifTI with float pixels or a rescale slope not set to 1.0 to handle not truncating the float values when they get saved as integers.

Maybe another tool like Fiji/ImageJ can handle this? https://fiji.sc
