problems to retrieve from DCM4CHEE

Hi Community,

I’m trying to connect my Horos to retrieve images from our clinic pacs DCM4CHEE.

So far I can Query all images but I did not succeed to Retrieve.

 I am able to push files to the server using Horos.
 I am able to query the records on the server correctly using Horos

 But when I try to get a file by double clicking on the record in Horos, it throws an error - "Get Failed: OutOfResourcesSubOperations”

or Failed: MoveDestinationUnknown if I use C-get or C move

I’m using a Mac book pro mid 2014 with bigsur

If you solved this problem your help will be much appreciated !
