HOROS Picture Selection

Hi there, I'm using Horos for a long time but have not found a good way to improve my personal working setup. 

I`m a knee surgeon, performing different kinds of procedures. It would be very helpful if there is a possibility to select pictures and save them as a compilation. So that I can visualize the case before surgery and integrate for example some pictures in my surgical report. 

Does anybody have an Idea how to do something like that. In my thinking it would be superb if I can select, arrange and safe as an PDF File or jpeg od something similar...

You can mark as keys images would be a good idea, I don't know if it's a practice of you.

Once it's marked as a key you can visualize the study only the selected images.

You can create a new series with only this images, you can export the package as an image JPEG, it can also print as a PDF file only ROI and key images.
