Hi community.
My problem is to open up downloaded DICOM files in HOROS. After importing CT, echos and angiograms, only CT are displayed correctly on the screen.  The problem started after updating to latest version of Firefox. Same problem with all other browsers on  my MAC book Pro. Latest version 10.14 is installed.  A new media agent was also automatically installed for locating and uploading files. This agent replaced the older one. On the left side of the screen in Horos all icons (echos, angios) only containing a questionmark. I don't know if the problem is in the browsers preferences or in Horos or in the agent. Same problem with Osirix.
Ever heard about this
A screenshot is attached

Thanks
Hans

Hi, Hans

I downloaded a US file from our site using Chrome : Sample2.zip
available at https://phazor.info/HorliX/?page_id=184 .
But HorliX Ver1.0.3 can open it and show the images.

I guess the problem depends on your environment.

Hi, Hans

We offer the Free Trial version of HorliX at our download page:
https://phazor.info/HorliX/?page_id=105
But it cannot come up now because it has expiration date, 2018/10/31.
I would like to rebuild the Free Trial version but I am too busy to do
so because I spent almost my time doing clinical activities. Sorry!
We distribute the commercial version of HorliX on Mac AppStore.
Please search it in AppStore if you are interested in it.
The both version is same except the expiration date the Free Trial version has.

computer will solve the problem on HOROS?

I don't know.
I am not so familiar with the latest version of Horos although I am a
contributor of Horos. (We offer the source code of
ROI-color-rotation-UI into Horos Project)

Hi,

It's very hard to guess what happened, but this looks a lot like the files aren't available any longer. Perhaps, you downloaded them (using Firefox), then added them to Horos as "links", then deleted the download from your Downloads folder, so the data no longer exists.

When you drag the files to Horos or OsiriX, a dialog asks you if you should 'link' to these files or 'copy' them (or ignore). You should choose 'copy'.

Best,

Alessandro
