Hello,

I have a few questions regarding synchronization functions of HOROS.

I have 2-5 sets of dicom MRI images (showing chronological changes of the same sample). I wonder if it is possible to show 3D MPR of these series of images in a synchronized manner for comparison purposes. I also wonder if it is possible to synchronize the rotation of the 3D MPR images created from two different sets of dicom images by changing the axis orientation.
Similarly, is it possible to synchronize manipulation of 3D constructed MPI images (2-5 different sets)?
If these are possible, it is very convenient to compare the image slices of the interested orientation in 2 or more image data sets of the same sample before and after treatments.

I hope that someone knows the answers to these questions.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,

Sounds like you need a hanging protocol. Check out aycan workstation (based on OsiriX) which has a hanging protocols plugin to support workflows likes this:

aycan workstation is not free, but well supported.

In 3D MPR display where images at a particular angle or axis are shown using HOROS, I wonder if it is possible to show any numerical positional data of that particular angle or axis
