There is Miele-LXIV based on OsiriX (https://dicom.3utilities.com/viewer.php). The developer is also working on a PC-compatible version.

Yes, there is! It's miele-lxiv and it's available from the Apple store or at https://dicom.3utilities.com/viewer.php.

It's by Alex Bettarini and it's regularly updated!
