Unable to load DICOM Images from Keystone

Hi All,

Thank you for reading.

I have 3 IMACs using Horos and one of them is unable to load any DICOM images. I can retrieve and query the images and it will load up the pet names etc, however when i double click them it won't load up the actual DICOM image.

The network is all setup correctly.

Any idea?

Did you enable the network log and see any errors when you try to load the images ?

Do the other 2 iMacs work and only 1 does not ?  Are you using different version of Horos on those ?  Do any of them have an M1 chip, etc.

Hi Stephen,

The MAC that isn't working does have a M1 chip opposed to the others having Intel.
