Is Horos HIPAA compliant?

Does anyone know whether Horos is HIPAA compliant? I couldn't find any information about it online.

HIPAA compliance is a complex subject. I would not consider Horos on its own to be HIPAA compliant, but might be able to be used in an environment with proper controls (encrypted connections, encrypted data files, authentication, etc). But then if you need HIPAA compliance you may also need a viewer with FDA clearance.
