Need help!: Horos is not running on M2.

Hello, i have a problem installing Horos/and entering this program. 

our workplace recently got Macbook air, (M2). and mac Os version is 13.5. 

the problem is when we try to install Horos. 

first, download.. second, install to drag at the application app folder. 

and then.. nothing comes out. just one pop-up window with "Listo"

(our workplace language is Spanish so it seems it is like "Done" or "setting" - 

and nothing, nothing happens-

any ideas to solve this..;-;a. ??

Hello,

I would recommend trying to just open the application from the DMG downloaded. Just double-click on the Horos icon to open it instead of dragging it to the Applications folder. That way you can see if the Horos.app will run on your system (it doesn't need to be in the Applications folder).

If that works, then you may have some other issue with the dragging to Applications as that is a basic macOS system function.

Make sure you are using the latest version made for the Apple M2 chipset and not the older version.  I believe it is v4.  That bubble looks like the notice to install Rosetta, which is needed for the M2 MacBook.

Hello! Thank you very much for your kindness and several answers! We solved the problem after we updated our latest version! 

we thought we had already updated the version (it was already 13.5) however, updates were other things. Horos is running well these days! (but it took time to download a bunch of data) 

that is why the answer was a bit late! Thank you all! thank you very much! :0!
