I don't know of a way to do this easily from Horos. You can use the "Export ROI" plugin to export all pixel values as XML or CSV - but then you need to massage the data to create a histogram yourself.
I did add the capability to export a histogram to a CSV file to the IB Rad Tech plugin from Imaging Biometrics (https://www.imagingbiometrics.com). It also adds other capabilities (define number of bins, export to a JPEG file, export to a DICOM SC for the study, define colors for bins).

Dear Todd,
I am struggling with finding where to download the "Export ROI" plugin you are referring to. Could you please help me?
Best regards,

The best solution is to reach out to Purview and have them resolve the issue so that the links to files under http://www.horosproject.org/horos-content resolve to a link that has a valid certificate.
