Does Horos support Grayscale Softcopy Presentation State?

I've been building some GSPS examples of Graphic Annotations (https://dicom.innolitics.com/ciods/grayscale-softcopy-presentation-state/graphic-annotation) using PyDicom.  I haven't been able to get my work to show up in Horos. I figured I was doing something wrong, but I've also loaded the Graphic Annotation and Text Annotation test cases from OFFIS into Horos and they don't display either (they're contained in imagedisplay_testcases.zip from ftp://dicom.offis.de/pub/dicom/offis/software/ihe_y2/release_2004/).

The Horos code on github looks like it has support for GSPS, but I haven't dug through the source enough to tell if it's fully implemented or not.

If GSPS is implemented in Horos, does anybody have any trouble-shooting tips?

I'm in the same shoes. I found that Osirix Lite can display GSPS examples. But the bounding box around a text annotation is invisible. Maybe a full-fledged PACS is the way to go.
