Update + ARM support

Dear Horos community, I just joined the group to announce an updated version of Horos. I'm not affiliated with Horosproject or any of its sponsors and cannot provide professional support. The fixes have been made to improve the performance for my research purposes.

Disclaimer: The software has not been tested or approved for clinical use. It is NOT certified as a medical device. You cannot use it for medical imaging.

The update is on GitHub with binaries for ARM and Intel Macs running macOS Big Sur (11.0) or later:

Added

- Support for Apple silicon (M1, M2) Macs

Changed

- Updated third-party components (e.g. DCMTK, OpenSSL, VTK, ITK)
- Improved rendering performance in 2D view
- Fixed rendering issue with StudyBox in 2D view
- Fixed appearance of the tool selector popup button
- Fixed toolbar height and shadow

Removed

- Removed support for 3Dconnexion input devices
- Removed Horos homephone

Please also note that the ARM version does not support Intel plugins.
