3D preset doesnt work for Volume Render - Big Sur 11.3

Dear Colleagues

Does anyone have a fix for Horos crashing when I try to produce a 3D preset on Volume Render, please - as per attached image. When I try this, I get the Mac spinning wheel of misfortune and disappointment.
