How to create a new CLUT?

Hi All, 

Can anyone here tell me how to use the OsiriX 16-bit editor to create a new CLUT using the following specs, or have any existing CLUT files that I could import? Ideally, I’d need any CLUTs that could meet the following specs: 

 

1. 300-500 HU – solid colour 
   
2. 300-500 HU – multicolour, in gradients of 20HU 
3. 300-500 HU – multicolour, in gradients of 10HU 
4. 200-400 HU – multicolour, in gradients of 20HU 
5. 200-400 HU – multicolour, in gradients of 10HU 

 

Outside these values, I'd like the rest of the image to remain shades of grey.
